An Evening with Michael De HuyJoin us to celebrate the artistic achievements of concert pianist and St Andrew's College Major Music scholar Michael De Huy! Described as a “scintillating and fearless performer,” Michael is bursting onto the Australian music scene whilst in his third year at St. Andrew’s College. Michael has performed solo at venues such as The Sydney Opera House and has made soloist appearances with Orchestra three times and recently completed his second Regional NSW concert tour after three successful concerts last year through the InspireMusicAust concert series. In this program you can expect to hear exciting and colourful Spanish piano works as well as a selection of pieces by Chopin including his monumental fourth Ballade in F minor. Improvisation may also be weaved throughout! Doors at 6:00pm with drinks and canapes provided. Performances from 6:30pm - 7:45pm Post show drinks from 7:30 - 8:00 with the option of dinner in the St Andrew's College Dining Hall.
